Important May Dates
- 3rd - Forms P46(Car) for quarter ended 5 April to reach H M Revenue & Customs.
- 19th – NI & Tax postal payments for month ended 5 May 2012 should reach your HMRC Accounts Office by this date. If you pay late, interest will be charged and you may have to pay a late payment penalty.
- Last date to submit your 2011 - 12 Employer Annual Return (P35 & P14s). A late filing penalty will be charged on forms received after this date. Penalties are also charged for failing to file online, unless exempt.
- 22nd – Electronic payments for month ended 5 May should have cleared into H R Revenue & Customs bank account by this date. If you pay late, interest will be charged and you may have to pay a late payment penalty.
- 31st - Last date for giving form P60 to each employee who was working for you on 5 April 2012.
